I enjoyed this book. Before I was prone to eating way too much than was necessary. I followed the advice given and looked for a food journal and amazingly, I now eat exactly what is sufficient. It was a big eye-opener for me. I suggest you read it, you wont regret it!!!
Awesome Book!!
Who knew that there was a danger in taking too much protein than the body actually needs! I like the way the book explains about portion control and how useful it is especially when it comes to self-awareness. Everyone needs to regulate the amount of food they take to lose weight, right?
I knew coconut oil was good for losing weight; though I did not know how. I am glad that I came across this book as it taught me how to use coconut oil effectively if I want that 8 pack. Now I have been using coconut oil religiously and I can already see progress.
My downfall in weight loss has always been how to know food portions. This book has taught me how to know food portions without necessarily having to measure. For instance, one serving of vegetables is the size of a baseball. So I can picture that baseball and know the amount of food I need to eat.
This book has opened my eyes to the need of having a food journal. I didn't realize how important it was for me to keep a food journal and keep me on track. I have been monitoring my food intake in a food journal and I see I need to change my eating habits. I would not have learned this any other way.
